Working Principle

When energized, the electromagnetic coil generates a strong magnetic field beneath the separator. As conveyed material passes under the magnetic separator, ferrous contaminants are attracted and lifted from the material stream.

For self-cleaning models, the continuously rotating discharge belt automatically removes captured ferrous metals from the magnetic zone and discharges them away from the conveyor, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
